Return and Refund Policy


At Baby Boxes.ca, we strive to ensure that you and your baby are delighted with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Below is our return and refund policy to help you through the process:

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, diapers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., lotions, creams)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@babyboxes.ca with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges:

Subscription Cancellations

Subscription Boxes:

  • Subscription boxes can be canceled at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.
  • If a cancellation request is received after a box has been shipped, it will take effect for the next scheduled shipment.
